While you could directly edit the page, by using the comment box all of your comments will also be collected on your profile page.

enter the type ('vimeo' or 'youtube') and the clip id (the last bit of the url when you go to the video's page) in the provided text boxes

By clicking on people's usernames you can see other articles people have commented on.
